Shipping is available through USPS Priority and overnight UPS, pricing TBD. Fish are typically shipped in doubled breather bags wrapped in paper. Heat and cold packs included depending on seller’s discretion but may be requested at no additional cost with overnight shipping.

Fish are guaranteed live arrival when using overnight shipping as long as shipping delays do not exceed 24 hours. D.O.A.s will be either refunded or replaced, all shipping is at buyer’s expense and not refundable. Shipping delays are not the seller’s responsibility and D.O.A.s with shipping delays exceeding 24 hours will be handled on a case by case basis. 

DO NOT FLOAT BREATHER STYLE SHIPPING BAGS. When acclimating fish from breather bags:

1. Transfer fish and water from the bag to a separate container and allow water temperature acclimate for 5-10 minutes.

2. Using the 50/25/25 acclimation method, start with 50% original shipping water (drain off excess shipping water if need be for size of container), add 25% tank water. 

3. Wait 5-10 minutes to add the remaining 25% tank water 

4. Finally wait an additional 5-10 minutes before netting the fish, disposing of the acclimation water and transferring the fish to their new home.
